importance on after-sales and we aim to ensure total reliability, professionalism
and peace of mind for our Customers.
We
have established an extensive network of service centres ensuring fast intervention
times. Qualified engineers who have passed our in-house training course are
based at the service centres. These engineers also regularly undergo refresher
courses. An employee at our headquarters is in constant contact with engineers
to fulfil requests for replacement parts, to sort out specific problems and
to advise on the stock control of spare parts. Meanwhile other engineers employed
at our headquarters answer calls from Customers, carry out new installations
and service already-installed dispensers as required.
